Pineapple avocado smoothie
Description
The pineapple avocado smoothieis a drink made with pineapple and avocado. People don't always think of avocado for smoothies, but I recommend it for its many nutritional benefits.

Preparation

Cut the pineapple into small pieces.

Scoop out the avocado flesh with a teaspoon.

Place the avocado and pineapple pieces in a blender, then add the other ingredients (lemon juice, sliced almonds, maple syrup, soy yogurt). Blend everything until you get a creamy drink.

Serve in glasses and garnish with one or two mint leaves.

A word about this preparation...
Avocado tends to thicken the smoothie; add a little water if you prefer it to be more liquid.
Soy yoghurt can be replaced by plant milk.
In the morning or at aperitif time, this smoothie with its beautiful light green color will make a nice impression.
