  1. Soak the cashews in boiling water for 15 minutes to soften them. Then drain the water and rinse the cashews.

  2. Blend the nuts, yeast, lemon, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and water in a blender. Mix until you obtain a creamy mixture.
